Closing of Old Year
A year of change in the world, some good and some not so good.
Maybe you personally have had a bad year and things wasn´t very easy, as a matter of fact they were very difficult.
What ever it was, it is behind us!
I want to give you two words for the New Year!
What If!
Let´s make them words of adventure and faith!
Let me give you four What If´s to ponder?
What if This is the Year of New Beginnings?
There were two great beginnings for the early ChurchIn Acts 2:1-2 Pentecost where the Holy Ghost came upon the Church with power!
In Acts 4:31-33 Starting again with thousands of converts.
You´ve had new beginnings in your life, maybe you´ve forgotten them.
Read Acts 16:31And they said, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, your salvation was a definite new beginning.
In 1 John 1:9Was this the year you confessed your sins and rededicated your life?
A New Beginning!
Read Revelation 2:4-5The year you return to your first love!
Another New Beginning.
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
This is the year you stop looking back and look up to Jesus
A New Beginning.
What If This is the Year Your Prayers are Answered?
read Acts 4:31When they had prayed, the place was shaken.
Maybe This is The Year
Your children get right with GodYour spouse comes to Christ
You conquer your negative attitude
You get your bills paid
God restores your marriage
God restores your health
Jesus Returns!
What If This is the Year of Revival for Our Church?
Read Acts 4:31-32They were filled with the Holy Ghost.
You know Revival is a misunderstood word.
- Revival would make this a year of forgiveness
- Revival would make this a year of sharing
- Revival would make this a year of reconciliation
- Revival would make this a year when all barriers will fall
- Barriers that keep our prayers from getting to God
- Barriers that keep our relationships from growing
- Barriers that may be keeping our Church from growing
What If This is the Year of Evangelism?
Read Acts 4:33With great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus.
Here is the greatest lack in the Church today!
How long has it been since you made an effort of any kind to win a soul to Christ?
Hello?!
Maybe this is the year for personal witnessing and soul winning.
Now let´s consider two more words
Why Not?
Read Luke 1:37For with God nothing is impossible.
You know, all these good things could happen and can happen in your life!
Now let faith remove the limits and claim all that God wants to give to you.
Don´t Look Back read Luke 9:62
What If this is the year of great blessings?
WHY NOT?

Acts 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
