The Rapture Mystery

1 Corinthians 15:51:58

There are some things in scripture that were written the writer spoke very
clear about.

Sin
God´s Holiness
The need of Salvation
The Crucified Savior
Salvation by Faith

Then there are the things that were written about that are mysteries.

read  Matthew 13  Parables the mysteries of the Kingdom of God
read  Ephesians 1:9 The mystery of God´s will
In our scripture text Paul reveals the mystery of the Lord´s return.

We can see three things in Paul´s revelation.

Not All Christians Will Die

Read 1 Corinthians 15:51 We shall not all sleep die
Read 1 Thessalonians 4:13 We shall not all sleep die, sleep here refers to death.
Man has an appointment with death read Hebrews 9:27

There is a battle going on right now against death.

Advances in modern medicine
Millions spent on research
The death rate has remained the same 1 death to one birth
Our average life span is still 70 to 80 years old
Read Psalms 90:10 1 score=20 years.
The days of our years are three score and 10, and if by reason of strength they be four score years, Yet is their strength labour and sorrow for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
but at Christ´s return, believer will not die. read 1 Thessalonians 4:17
We will be caught up with Him without a physical death.

All Christians Will Be Changed

read 1 Corinthians 15:51 We shall be changed is our physical bodies are corrupted from sin we can not enter Heaven with these bodies,
so at Christ´s return our bodies will be changed from corruptible to incorruptible bodies so that we can enter Heaven.
Both the dead and the living will then be changed read 1 Corinthians 15:52
We will be changed by His resurrection power
We will be changed to be like Jesus 1 John 3:2
There will be no more corruption decay
No more Mortality (death) read 1 Corinthians 15:53-54

This miracle will be accomplished in a moment in a twinkling of an eye.

All Christians will not die All Christians will be different.

All Christians Should Be Diligent

read 1 Corinthians 15:58
Diligent in view of these many blessings
The dead raised and changed
The living caught up and changed
Deaths sting removed read 1 Corinthians 15:55
The graves victory taken away 1 Corinthians 15:55
Victory over these potent enemies 1 Corinthians 15:57

Our great victory is through Christ 1 Corinthians 15:57
We must be steadfast and unmovable.
We must always be abounding in the work of the Lord.
It will be worth it when we see Christ!

My Question Is?

Are You Ready for Christ´s Return?

It Might Be Today!

1 Corinthians 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Matthew 13:3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:
8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixty fold, some thirty fold.
9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15 For this people´s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.
17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
