Millions have sought peace with God

Through religious ritual
Through good works
Through giving money or possessions

The great gulf between sinners and our Holy God

The gulf bridged by the cross

He paid our debt of sin  Isaiah 53:5-6
He broke down all barriers  Ephesians 2:12-18
He made peace through His blood  Colossians 1:20

We find peace with God through faith in Jesus   Romans 5:1

The Peace of God

read Philippians 4:1-8

Peace with God is positional and unchanging

The peace of God is dependent on our relationship with Him

Many have peace with God but miss the peace of God

The path to peace

Be consistent in your Christian walk verse 1
Be right with your fellow man verse 2
Be in Christian service verse 3
Rejoice in the lord always verse 4
Be kind and gentle verse 5
Have a thankful heart verse 6
Think only about praise verse 8

The result: peace that passes all understanding verse 7

Peace on Earth
