God Wants To Trade His Fellowship For Your Fears

Fear thou not; for I am with thee

Fear stalks us all

There are 4 basic fears

fear of death
fear of failure
fear of losing security
fear of the future

God answers all of these fears

Death: "to die is gain"   Philippians 1:21
Failure: "I can do all things"   Philippians 4:13
Security: "My God shall supply all your need"   Philippians 4:19
Future: "Lo, I am with you always"   Matthew 28:20

Our Lord will never leave you nor forsake us. read  Hebrews 13:5-6

God Wants To Trade His Comfort For Your Confusion

"Be not dismayed; for I am thy God"

Dismay: "Why did this happen to me?"
Confusion: I can´t understand why God allows trials
God owns us as His own, even in tough times

Whatever happens, we belong to Him

God Wants To Trade His Strength For Your Weakness

I will strengthen thee

There are so many reasons for feeling weak

Sickness
Regrets over past failures
Conflict with temper

Consider His strength   Isaiah 40:28-31

God never becomes weary, never feels faint
He gives power to the faint
He imparts strength to those He loves

God Wants To trade His Help For Your Helplessness

I will help thee
Sometimes all we can do is cry for help

Reach out to Jesus. He´s reaching out to you!

God Wants To trade His Righteousness For Your Rags

Our righteousness is like filthy rags read  Isaiah 64:6

Jesus has made righteousness available through faith

He took our sins upon Himself
We receive His righteousness by faith   2 Corinthians 5:21

The right hand of my righteousness

Christ the Son of His right hand   Acts 7:55  Hebrews 10:12
He intercedes for us there   Hebrews 7:25  1 John 2:1
